Media Specialist
Summary of the Profession
A media specialist generally references an individual with a technology background. A person qualified as a media specialist would most likely be familiar with instructional technology tools (i.e. HTML, designing software, videography). The specific use of these tools varies widely from position to position. A media specialist could be employed anywhere from school libraries to freelancing media design to big business.
