These are all questions that people who are involved in organizational performance want answered and ISPI is providing answers.

ISPI - The International  Society for Performance Improvement is heads above the rest when it comes to improving performance in the workplace. HPT, or Human Perfomance Technology is taking the world by storm and ISPI is using this approach in their conferences and workshops. Basically HPT is Problem Solving on steroids.

The ISPI association not only has a focus on great learning, but it also recognizes the need for outstanding performance.

Leaders that can benefit from the ISPI mission are many; Instructional Technologists, performance technologists, training directors, any academic fields. Individuals could have a wide variety of backgrounds, but all seem to want to see the same end result, Improve Performance.

Members of ISPI can benefit by attending workshops and conferences that will help them facilitate better performance in their industy. Conferences and workshops that are coming up within the next year are as follows:

ISIPI is an organization that started in 1962. They work with professionals to improve their performance. They use the Human Performance Technolgy (HPT) as their approach to improve performance. A variety of people can be part of this group and they work with a variety of settings to improve performance. I feel like all of the areas that they focus on are related to Technolgy in one way or another. There has been a branch here in Utah since 1985.
