I am currently a teacher at North Davis Preparatory Academy (NDPA) which is a charter school in Layton where the students learn subjects in English as well as Spanish.  I have taught 5th and 6th grade at NDPA school for 3 years, but I am teaching Science to 7th and 8th graders.  This is the first year I have taught Junior High, and although I was a bit nervous, now.....I love it! But it doesn't give me lots of spare time which is when I like to ride Harleys, garden, try new things, like this summer I'm going on a white water rafting trip!  Yeah!
