Ha originally came from Vietnam. Ever since Ha arrived, she had made Cache Valley her home. 

 

Ha earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and an Associates degree in Office Systems Support while she attended Utah State University. After Ha graduated, she worked for Logan city for about three years. Now Ha is back on Campus.
