Description of Research Interests

 There are a lot of different areas of research that I am interested in.  The research that I would like to do would be to study different country's methods for teaching their students and citizens.  I know there are better methods out there to use to teach more effectively and efficiently but we haven't found them out.  I would like the research which methods work in which areas around the world and why.  I would bring the methods to the United States and tweak those methods for the best results here in the states.

Background and Experience

 I have been a Junior High School teacher for the past 3 years.  I have traveled to many different countries around the world and taught in a couple of those.  I have lived in China for a couple years learning Cantonese fluently.  I am presently working on learning Mandarin to be of more use in the other areas of Asia.

Service

 Served for 1 1/2 yrs as a missionary for the LDS church.

Other Skills

 I have been coaching and playing tennis since I was 14.  I love to golf, water ski, wake board, snow ski, snow board, hike, fish, surf, play raquetball etc etc.
