Job Description:
Work with the site Training Coordinator to design and develop new on-line training content as well as maintain and improve existing on-line content that will better enable us to follow our currently defined processes and procedures. Help with the management and administration of our existing Learning Management System (LMS).
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will relate well to others interpersonally. Basic computer skills using MS Office and other similar programs are required. Excellent content development tools skills with programs such as Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks/Photoshop, and Captivate are very desirable. Demonstration of work/project experience using the tools listed above is desired.
Preferred candidate will have a background (educational and practical) in Instructional Design with a strong emphasis on tools skills such as Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks/Photoshop, Captivate and other comparable content development tools. Digital video editing skills using Adobe Premier are also a plus in this position. Must be pursuing a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology or similar field of study.
This position does not offer relocation.
