Hill Air Force Base

The trip to Hill AFB was an excellent view of an instructional design team.  They had quite a large team that allowed each person to specialize in their area, although they still had to work together as one unit.  It was good to see first hand the use of the ADDIE model.   It helped me to see how relevant it can be in the workplace.   A visual representation in the workplace helped to cement the concepts we are learning in my memory.
