The ISKME presentation was of their recent project to create a way for instructional designers to self-evaluate their work. The used six case studies to create a toolkit that they hope will help others evaluate their work. It is open and they want it to be widely used. It was quite an intereting presentation.

Evaluating Online Learning
Tom Reeves is offering a course on e-learning evaluation to students at select schools including USU. He has a book on the topic coming out. There is also this free report (pdf) entitled Evaluating Online Learning: Challenges and Strategies for Success recently published by the Department of Education, and prepared by WestEd. See also Nick Eastmond's 6510 course on evaluation.
