One of the more difficult things for me as I began INST 6310 was trying to establish the differences between, Instructional Systems Design, Educational Technology, and Learning Sciences. At the same time I was trying to understand how each of them was related. The terms obviously identify three different things since each is its own term, but as I read through the readings that we were assigned in this and other INST classes, sometimes it was hard to tell them apart. Foundations Course
We will be using the groups feature on this website for the class. Here is the foundations 2008 group.
During the course, students will work on filling in an "Ed Tech Knowledge Base" with nuggets on organizations, people, theories, technologies, and so forth.
