INST 6105 Distance Learning Tools Day 3

               Wednesday’s class had some cool tools! I have used most of the tools we learn in class, but today actually had two new things: Wimba and Google Doc forms. While I have used Google Docs in many of my graduate classes to collaborate on group projects, I had never heard of Google Forms. The presentation showed us how to create forms and surveys that request information and opinions from people. Google sends the emails and then populates a spreadsheet from the responses.

Today was the first day of Distance Education Tools.  My favorite classes in the INST program have been practical tool application and hopefully this one will be no different.
